Required Qualifications:
- Four or more years of project or product management experience.
- Research and Development (R&D) background is a must.

- Exposure to New Product development processes within and governed by the organization.
- Experience with financial data and project financial indicators, such as project budget tracking and reporting.

- Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, analytical and decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both in written and verbal form, conflict resolution, presentation and facilitation. skills with all associate and Management levels.
- Considerable experience with computer applications, including PC-based business applications and project management software. i.e. SAP, MS Office.
- Ability to travel as needed for up to 10% of the work period.
- Be able to work in the Shakopee, MN facility five days a week.
Skills:

Description:
As a Project Manager, you will help build a cross-functional team that works as a unified unit towards common goals. In this role, you will be a partner on cross-product and cross-team initiatives, working closely with cross-functional team members and leaders. As you partner with team members, you will refine and develop our projects all the way from ideation, development, validation, production readiness to full market launches.
Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity, customer impact, and scope with a wide range of cross-functional partners.
Present monthly updates to organizational and executive leadership.
Manage a cross-functional team to stay on schedule and identify recovery strategies when roadblocks are encountered.
