We are working with a leading private equity firm in New York that is looking to add an Investor Relations Analyst to its growing team. This is a high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of fundraising, portfolio communications, and investor engagement, offering strong exposure to senior leadership and institutional investors.
About the Role
The Investor Relations Analyst will support the firm’s fundraising and investor relations function, helping to manage relationships with existing and prospective limited partners. The role will involve preparing investor materials, coordinating due diligence requests, and assisting with ongoing reporting and communications across the investor base.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of investor presentations, quarterly reports, and fundraising materials
- Assist in responding to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and investor requests
- Maintain and update CRM systems and investor tracking databases
- Coordinate investor communications and meeting logistics
- Work closely with investment and finance teams to gather portfolio updates and performance data
- Help manage data consistency across investor materials and reporting outputs
Ideal Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related finance role
- Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Interest in private markets and long-term capital partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree from a strong academic background
