Position OverviewJustin Brands, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team and help drive smarter, more informed marketing decisions across a portfolio of brands. This role sits at the center of marketing, eCommerce, and wholesale, analyzing performance across channels and translating data into clear, actionable strategies. The ideal candidate doesn’t just report on performance; they connect insights across platforms, identify opportunities, and help shape how we grow.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze performance across key marketing channels, including social, email, paid media, and eCommerce
- Evaluate wholesale and partnership performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization
- Consolidate data across multiple brands to uncover trends, insights, and cross-brand opportunities
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and business teams
- Support campaign planning by identifying target audiences, channel mix, and optimization opportunities
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards that track KPIs across channels and brands
- Partner with marketing, eCommerce, and sales teams to inform strategy and improve performance
- Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle trends to support retention and acquisition efforts
- Measure campaign effectiveness and provide forward-looking recommendations

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Experienced with normalizing data and building structured datasets or databases (data modeling, cleaning, and organizing across multiple sources)
- Familiar with AI-driven tools and automation in the data space, with the ability to streamline reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiency
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities across brands
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
