Power Platform Developer, Boston Corporate Office - Boston, MA
General Statement of Duties: The Power Platform Developer is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and integration of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps. This role will collaborate with IT functional areas such as infrastructure, enterprise applications, and security to deliver automation and data integration services that enhance business operations. Additionally, the engineer will leverage SQL and Python programming skills to support data transformation, integration, and reporting needs.

Essential Functions of the Position: Any one position may not include all of the duties listed nor do the listed examples include all duties that may be found in positions of this class.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven informed-making.
- Create and maintain Power Apps for internal business use cases.
- Collaborate with IT teams (infrastructure, enterprise applications, security) to support data integration and automation needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing existing Power Platform solutions.
- Document technical processes and provide user support and training as needed.
- Ensure solutions adhere to IT best practices and data governance standards.
- Participate in project intake, prioritization, and communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications, Abilities and Skills:
- BA or BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Proficiency in SQL programming for data manipulation and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Python for data processing and automation.
- Understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic IT environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to write technical documentation for all work
Preferred but not required:
- Exposure to Azure services or other cloud platforms.
- Understanding of enterprise IT functions such as infrastructure, applications, and security.

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 annual salary
Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
