CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT, EIT/AIT
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for leading construction inspections to oversee and ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering, or architecture, with a background in field inspections, construction management, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum requirement: Licensed as EIT (Engineer in Training) or AIT (Architect in Training).
- 30-hour OSHA certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction inspections.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
