Duties

- Engage prospects through warm calling techniques, establishing rapport and understanding their needs
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update contact information, and manage follow-up activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies for lead generation
- Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client requirements and scheduling follow-up meetings or demos
- Support the sales process by providing detailed customer insights and maintaining accurate records of interactions
- Assist in developing outreach scripts and communication strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles within technology or related sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers in a professional manner
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear, confident dialogue
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, technical sales concepts, and marketing strategies is highly desirable
- Experience in outbound calling campaigns, warm calling techniques, and customer service excellence
