• Responsibility for Midwest-Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota & Central Canada
• Managing end users in the assigned regions.
• Generating revenue in the assigned accounts and territories.
• Planning and executing end user visits which includes unidentified end users.
• Responsibility for setting account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and/or monthly basis.
• Contacting assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company products within a designated geographic territory.
• Maintaining a sales funnel and key accounts.
• Focusing on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining current customer relationships and actively troubleshooting specific customer problems.
• Meeting established sales targets.
• Preparing and presenting sales presentations.
• Working with a variety of teams which include, but are not limited to, Customer Service, Product Management, and Marketing.

• Work a flexible schedule as required.
• Perform and support special projects and other duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Applicants must be located in the Midwest region to be considered for this role.
• HS Diploma or GED, associate’s degree preferred.
• Requires a minimum of 3 years’ related experience; Cleanroom consumables experience is highly preferred with knowledge of life science, pharmaceutical, micro-electronics, and/or semi-conductor markets.
• A valid driver’s license is required; Must be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 35% of the time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required with proficiency in both English and Spanish. Bi-lingual Spanish is required.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies based on the customer qualification process and sales through multiple distribution channels.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks when there are multiple and conflicting demands. Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Must be detail-orientated, highly accurate, and dependable.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team; Must be able to effectively and communicate positively with managers and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to frequently stand, sit, walk, reach, kneel, and lift, move, or transport up to 25lbs.
• Ability to wear appropriate PPE which may include gowning, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.
