The Business Process & Technology Consultant will support banking and technology-related initiatives by coordinating operational processes, documenting functional requirements, managing vendor communications, and assisting with the implementation of consulting services and service-level agreements (SLAs). This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document consulting service requirements for various business objectives and projects.
- Consolidate and improve operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct functional analysis and assessments of specific business processes.
- Integrate and organize operational information, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on assigned projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Serve as a liaison with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
- Develop and structure management indicators, including KPIs and KRIs, derived from Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with banking, operations, and technology teams to support ongoing initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Experience in banking, financial services, technology consulting, or operations management.
- Strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with KPIs, KRIs, and SLAs.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of banking operations and financial systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a must
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
