The Project Manager is a critical figure in our architectural team, leading and inspiring the team. Your primary duties will include scheduling, staffing, and directing the team, focusing on designing, developing, and coordinating various project types. This full-time position requires an individual with extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of project management, construction techniques, and digital graphics. The Project Manager will create fee proposals and project work plans, oversee day-to-day team operations, and address project-related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum eight years of experience working in an architectural firm
- Ability to take a lead role in scheduling and task delegation
- Experience using Revit in a professional office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – you will work directly with clients
- Knowledge of the design process and development of construction documents
