Founder Assistant

Job Description
Brandco is looking for a part-time Founder Assistant in Los Angeles.
This role is for someone who can help keep a fast-moving startup organized, connected, and moving forward.
I’m building a creative business across products, brands, retail, content, and new ideas. A lot is happening at once. I need someone local who is sharp, organized, reliable, resourceful, and willing to get their hands dirty.
This is not a traditional desk-only assistant role. Some of the work may be organizational. Some of it may be local. Some of it may be miscellaneous. The right person should be comfortable helping wherever useful.
You may be helping with:
- Organizing tasks, follow-ups, files, lists, and documents
- Helping manage miscellaneous day-to-day needs
- Running local errands or pickups when needed
- Helping coordinate meetings, samples, products, or small projects
- Researching people, companies, vendors, tools, and opportunities
- Helping identify and connect with interesting people in Los Angeles
- Preparing meeting notes and summaries
- Keeping projects from falling through the cracks
- Helping make sure important things actually move
The right person is organized, resourceful, calm under pressure, good with details, and comfortable with ambiguity.
You do not need to know everything.
You do need to be able to figure things out, follow through, and help create momentum.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Based in Los Angeles
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Comfortable working with a fast-moving founder
- Able to turn loose direction into clear next steps
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with research, scheduling, notes, files, and task organization
- Comfortable handling miscellaneous local and business tasks
- Interested in products, brands, culture, startups, creative work, or building something from the ground up
- Part-time availability to start
- Experience as an assistant, project coordinator, production assistant, operations assistant, founder assistant, or similar role is helpful but not required
