The Events Assistant is a key member of the PR team, playing an integral role in bringing the brand to life through impactful, elevated experiences. This position supports the planning and execution of U.S. marketing events, including retail activations, store openings, brand launches, executive appearances, partnerships, and Foundation initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a strong interest in events, operations, and brand storytelling.
A Day In The Life
As an Events Assistant, you will support the end-to-end execution of U.S. brand and retail marketing events in partnership with the Global Events Director and U.S. Events Manager. You will assist with production logistics across multiple initiatives, including coordinating external vendors, tracking timelines, and ensuring alignment with budgets and brand standards.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Marketing to support the execution of in-store activations and customer experiences that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. In partnership with Retail Operations and Store Directors, you will help ensure all events align with brand guidelines and support the review process for store-led event initiatives.
This role will contribute to the day-to-day management of event operations, including maintaining event calendars, tracking budgets and invoices, supporting guest list coordination, and assisting with run-of-show documents, briefing materials, and contracts. You’ll also help compile post-event recaps and gather insights and feedback to inform future activations.
Additionally, you will support the organization and maintenance of event materials and inventory, ensuring all assets and supplies are tracked and up to date. You will play a key role in keeping the team organized by managing schedules, preparing presentations, and helping to maintain workflow across multiple projects. This position offers hands-on experience in executing high-impact brand events and exposure to cross-functional collaboration, providing a strong foundation for growth within brand marketing and events.
To Land This Role
- 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion, PR, events, or communications (internship experience counts).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and willingness to take initiative on tasks.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to support the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with PR platforms (e.g., Launchmetrics, Cision) a plus.
- Interest in fashion, women’s empowerment, and global communications.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 29.00 USD - 32.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
