JOB PURPOSE:
The Controller is responsible for the overall management of the Company’s accounting operations, including financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and financial close processes. This role ensures the integrity of financial information, supports strategic decision-making, and promotes operational efficiency across the organization.

· Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting
· Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal audit controls across key areas such as cash, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, debt, and inventory
· Create, maintain, update and adhere to effective internal controls, policies, and standardized accounting procedures
· Oversee financial reporting accuracy and timeliness, ensuring reliable data for executive decision-making
· Partner with cross-functional departments to improve operational efficiencies and support business initiatives
· Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives through completion
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective financial operations
· Provide leadership, guidance, and development to accounting staff
· Support external audits and serve as primary liaison for auditors

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required
· Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible accounting experience
· Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
CERTIFICATIONS:
· CPA or equivalent certification preferred

· Strong organizational and time management skills.
