Job Description
- Develop effective promotions and special events and/or activities as well as implementation.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, radio, and traditional advertising
- Prepare Maintenance Requests and Coordinate with Maintenance Department in setting up equipment or other related materials to be used during promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all promotional efforts
- Monitor and analyze the performance of promotional campaigns using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Manage promotional budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in promotions and marketing
Requirements
- Experience marketing, communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of creative platforms including but not limited to, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies
- Knowledge of performance marketing tactics and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
