The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Management Consultant who enjoys solving complex problems. This is a core role at the firm, offering significant exposure to clients, rapid professional development, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to high-impact airport and aviation initiatives.
You’ll enjoy having ownership of projects, working independently while also working closely with team members and clients, turning insights into action and helping deliver solutions that drive real-world results.
What You’ll Do
As a Management Consultant, you will:
- Lead client engagements, develop and implement strategies, and deliver actionable, data-driven solutions to complex challenges.
- Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to diagnose root causes and gap analyses, stress-test assumptions, and synthesize findings into clear strategic recommendations
- Develop high-quality client deliverables, including research, data analysis, reports, and executive-ready presentations
- Capture, refine, and synthesize insights from stakeholder interviews, workshops, and client meetings
- Translate complex information into evolving concepts of operations and clear recommendations
- Plan and lead client workshops, documenting outcomes and next steps
- Serve as a trusted advisor to day-to-day client counterparts, managing expectations with confidence and escalating risks proactively to engagement leadership
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high standard
- Support proposal development and client-facing communications
- Stay current on aviation industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously add value
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting, or a related industry experience such as strategy or business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguity and generate actionable insights
- Excellent critical thinking skills and a structured approach to complex challenges
- Passion to learn new domains, technologies, and organizational contexts
- Strong storytelling skills—able to turn analysis into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
- Familiarity with data analysis and project management tools is a plus
- A sense of ownership, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
- Current residence in the Los Angeles area with legal authorization to work
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
