We are currently expanding our Business Team and seeking highly qualified, self-driven professionals with established pipelines and industry experience to drive our corporate and fiscal growth.
Contract & Compensation Structure
- Classification: 1099 Independent Contracting role.
- Work Environment: 100% Remote with mandatory bi-weekly virtual meetings to discuss business matters, strategy, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Compensation:
- First 30 Days: Strictly Performance-Based Pay to evaluate execution, resource allocation, and KPI delivery.
- Post-30 Days: Upon successful completion of the initial 30-day period, a formal evaluation will take place to establish Regular Based Pay (monthly salary or fixed rate relative to the position), supplemented by performance bonuses and standard operational allowances.

Open Positions & Specific Requirements
1. Account Executive & Stakeholder Engagement Manager
- Duties: Manage key corporate accounts, align stakeholder interests, negotiate B2B contracts, and ensure client retention.
- CA/Federal Laws: CCPA (Consumer Privacy), HIPAA, and CA contract law.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field; 2+ years in executive account management.
- Skills: High-level negotiation, stakeholder mapping, strategic planning, CRM utilization.
- Standard Pay Expectation: $6,000 - $9,000 / month.
2. Digital Marketing Expert & Advertisement Agent
- Duties: Architect and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage SEO/SEM, oversee ad spend, and generate ethical behavioral health leads.
- CA/Federal Laws: FTC advertising guidelines, CAN-SPAM Act, CCPA, and adherence to ethical marketing standards in healthcare.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s in Marketing or Digital Media; 3+ years in healthcare digital marketing. Google Ads/Meta Blueprint Certifications preferred.

3. Licensed Insurance Agent
