Busy shop looking for self starters and the ability to work without much supervision. You will be asked to help with designs, inventory and directing drivers. You will also deal direct with consumers so must have good customer service and the ability to work with a Point of Sale.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role will focus on utilizing your core skills in customer service and POS systems to assist clients effectively. Your premium expertise in floral design and horticulture will allow you to craft unique arrangements, while your relevant skills in merchandising and organizational abilities will ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing display. Qualifications
- Proficient in floral design techniques and principles
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of retail sales and merchandising practices
- Familiarity with horticulture and gardening concepts is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- at least two years experience
