Role Description
Mutoh America Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales efforts in a designated territory, develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and create strategies to meet sales goals. This role involves frequent collaboration with cross-departmental teams, analyzing market trends, and providing exceptional service to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development in a related industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and execute strategic sales plans
- Experience managing customer accounts, forecasting, and meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized with excellent time-management capabilities
- Prior experience in the printing or technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Phoenix Area
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
