Job Summary
American Contracting is a local general contractor who specializes in the repair and/or
replacement of roofing, siding and gutters damaged during severe weather events.
We are looking for experienced salespeople who are comfortable and confident in
navigating a typical conversation with a potential customer. Extensive 1 on 1 training is
provided.
Duties
- -Offer free damage inspection for potential clients via targeted door to door sales
- -Complete damage inspection
- -Sit with customer in home to discuss damages found
- -Meet with insurance company to show damage and answer questions
- -Handle basic paperwork and data entry
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
