Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP is seeking a full time Associate to join its Business & Finance Department. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience handling a variety of corporate, finance and commercial real estate transactions (sales or purchases). Both PA/NJ Bar admissions required.
