Seeking corporate litigator for large-medium regional business. Must have current Oklahoma bar membership in good standing (licensed attorneys only) and willing and able to be licensed in neighboring states. Require experience in real estate finance, particularly CMBS loans, ability to respond to discovery, take depositions and communicate effectively. Excellent compensation for well qualified business litigation counsel.
