Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Sales Representative. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing customers, managing client inquiries, and contributing to revenue growth. The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with senior team members to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and research.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos with prospective customers.
- Attend online and in person meetings, conferences, startup events, and networking events to generate leads and build relationships for Kingo.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
- Manage client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a great customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare sales activity reports.
- Collaborate with senior team members to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential leads.
- Comfortable speaking with prospects over video calls, phone calls, and in person meetings.
- Experience in customer service or entry level sales roles is a plus.
- Self motivated, detail oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Current university student or recent graduate preferred, especially in Business, Computer Sceince, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or technology driven sales solutions is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast paced startup environment.
- Willingness to attend industry events, startup gatherings, and networking opportunities to represent Kingo and generate new business opportunities.
