- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of sales or marketing experience selling, ideally in a dealer channel
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Located within an hour drive of a major airport
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years working with Salesforce
- 5 years of experience selling to national clean energy distributors and dealers
Knowledge,Skillsand Abilities:
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial culture
- Ability to analyze financials (strong Excelacumenpreferred)
- Knowledge of the internal processes and systems that support sales accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Generac is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role based in California is $150,000 - $170,000. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
