Leading Medical Device/ Pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst in a GMP-regulated facility. This is a three-year project primarily supporting IT Systems throughout the facility and interfacing with all stakeholders. Good communication skills are critical and experience working in a SQL database environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide support with SQL databases & Tableau including server and application operations support
· Analyze existing business processes and IT systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
· Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders (end users, management, IT teams)
· Work closely with operations, developers, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to implement solutions
· Perform system configuration, integration, and testing (UAT support, validation, troubleshooting)
· Evaluate new technologies and recommend system enhancements or replacements
· Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues
· Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
· Ensure systems comply with security, regulatory, and company policies
· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
· Assist with change management, training, and end-user support
· Lead or support system upgrades, migrations, and implementations
Requirements:
· Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent.
· Familiarity with SQL Server, Alteryx.
· Familiarity with Windows applications including app configurations on Windows environment.
· Understanding of IT systems, architecture, and data flows.
· Experience with ERP, Data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
· Knowledge of system integration (APIs, middleware, ETL processes).
· Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
