About the role
We're hiring a Product Lead dedicated to OnlyBulls. This is a builder role for someone who lives and breathes retail trading, crypto, and the social investing space. You'll drive OnlyBulls' day-to-day execution, working closely with leadership, our development partners, and shared marketing and design teams.
This is not an executive role. You'll spend your days on customer issue triage, sprint coordination with engineering, working sessions with marketing and design, direct customer conversations, and active engagement in the trading communities OnlyBulls serves. Strategic work is part of the role, but it's earned through operational reliability.
What you'll do
- Drive OnlyBulls' day-to-day execution, including roadmap, customer feedback synthesis, and delivery coordination with engineering
- Champion OnlyBulls' direction internally, translating leadership vision into execution
- Develop and maintain deep working fluency across retail trading (Robinhood, Webull, Public, eToro), crypto (major exchanges, wallets, swap mechanics), and social investing communities (FinTwit, StockTwits, Reddit, Discord trading communities)
- Direct brand identity, voice, and go-to-market messaging for OnlyBulls in partnership with shared marketing teams
- Serve as the escalation owner for product-related customer concerns
- Help shape social and community features as they roll out, drawing on direct experience with how trading communities actually behave
- Maintain general awareness of the regulatory environment (SEC, FINRA, FinCEN for crypto) and flag issues early. Compliance specifics are handled by legal counsel.
Who you are
- 3+ years in product management, product operations, or comparable hands-on operator roles. We are open to earlier-career candidates with exceptional category fluency and demonstrated ownership.
- Direct, hands-on experience with retail trading and/or crypto products as a builder, operator, or heavy power user with a deep public point of view
- Active personal user of multiple retail trading and crypto products. You already have accounts on Robinhood or similar, use a crypto wallet, and follow FinTwit or equivalent communities
- Strong product ownership mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Excellent written communication, including the ability to write product copy that resonates with retail traders
- First-principles thinker, comfortable forming and defending an independent point of view
- Genuinely interested in markets, trading, and crypto. This role is not a fit for someone treating fintech as just another product category.
- Comfortable in evolving early-stage product environments
Nice to have
- Experience working with external development partners or agencies
- Experience with regulated consumer products
- Working understanding of how trading and crypto products operate technically
Benefits and compensation
Base salary: $100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. Full benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
Location
This role is hybrid based out of Las Vegas, NV. We're open to discussing remote arrangements for exceptional candidates.
