Role Description
GoldEye Capital is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join our team. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable back-end systems, developing APIs, debugging and troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance. The Backend Software Engineer will contribute to the continuous enhancement of our tokenized investment platform and ensure data security and compliance with all regulatory standards. Compensation: This is an unpaid position for now. As an early team member, you will have real equity upside and a clear path to transition into a long-term paid role based on performance and company growth.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles with knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Proven experience in back-end web development and familiarity with server-side technologies and frameworks
- Expertise in software development including designing, coding, testing, and deploying robust applications
- Proficiency in programming and object-oriented programming
- Web3 or blockchain experience strongly valued
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
