Who You Are
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within wholesale sales and account management. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and are comfortable partnering cross-functionally with different teams.
You are proactive, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help support the business and the customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support Account Executives in managing wholesale and off-price accounts
- Assist with order entry, purchase order tracking, and shipment follow-up
- Maintain sales reports, inventory updates, and account recaps
- Coordinate customer requests, sample tracking, and product information
- Help prepare for market appointments, showroom setup, and line reviews
- Partner with Customer Service, Production, Planning, and Operations teams to support order execution
- Assist in resolving shipping, inventory, and operational issues as needed
- Communicate account updates, deadlines, and follow-ups across internal teams
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- 1–2 years of internship, coordinator, sales support, or related experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in fashion, accessories, wholesale sales, or consumer products

Compensation & Benefits
Orly-Corp. provides base salary ranges for all U.S. positions in accordance with applicable laws. The expected base salary range for this role is $55,000 – $60,000.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and overall qualifications. We offer a total rewards package, including health benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
