Company Overview
MARS Roofing is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize all digital lead generation efforts for our growing exterior restoration and roofing company.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion tracking — not just social media posting or branding.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in Google PPC, Local Service Ads (LSA), SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, website management, CRM systems, and digital marketing analytics. Experience with HubSpot and home service industries is a major plus.
This position will work directly with ownership and leadership to improve lead flow, marketing ROI, tracking, and overall digital performance.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads PPC campaigns
- Oversee and improve Google Local Service Ads (LSA)
- Manage SEO strategy and website optimization
- Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles
- Track lead flow, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI
- Build and optimize landing pages for conversions
- Improve digital lead attribution and reporting
- Work within HubSpot CRM to improve automation and tracking
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal leadership
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Implement AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and marketing performance
- Monitor online reputation and review generation strategies
- Assist with overall digital growth strategy
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of digital marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- LSA
- SEO
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Website management
- Conversion tracking & analytics
- Experience with HubSpot strongly preferred
- Home services, roofing, restoration, HVAC, solar, or similar industry experience is a major plus
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Self-starter mentality with strong accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
