We are looking for a full-time Lead Mechanic/Shop Manager to join our team! This person will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of diesel trucks, as well as other machinery, trailers, and tools as needed.
Responsibilities:
Diagnosis and Repair:
- Identifying and diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems in diesel engines and vehicles.
- Performing repairs and replacements on various components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and electrical systems.
Maintenance:
- Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Implementing preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal vehicle performance and longevity.
Record Keeping:
- Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed on vehicles.
- Keeping track of parts inventory and ordering necessary parts.
Other Duties:
- Keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Adhering to safety protocols and procedures when working on vehicles.
Pay: $25-$35 based on experience

Experience/Skills:
- Have your own tools – (Required)
- Valid Driver's License – (Required)
- CDL – (Preferred)
- Diesel Engine, Truck, & Heavy Equipment Mechanics – 2 years (Preferred)
- Mechanical Knowledge – 2 years (Preferred)
- Welding
