Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes, workflows, and manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard production rates and optimize operations.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality and reliability standards are met.
- Review production records, processing sheets, and quality documentation for compliance.
- Assist in planning work assignments based on production schedules, machine capacity, and workforce utilization.
- Create charts, graphs, layouts, and workflow diagrams to support manufacturing improvements.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related discipline).
- 0–2 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Knowledge of CAD software and engineering applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to manufacturing processes and production environments.
- Understanding of workflow optimization and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience creating engineering drawings and performing technical calculations.
