As an Associate Consultant, you’ll work across multiple engagements, contribute to strategic and digital initiatives, and build strong client relationships—while accelerating your consulting career.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to deliver actionable, data-driven insights
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to support strategic decision-making.
- Design and execute analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary platforms
- Translate complex findings into clear stories through presentations and written deliverables
- Support project planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (strategy, marketing, analytics, technology)
- Contribute to digital and analytics-led strategy initiatives
- Build trusted client relationships and support stakeholder engagement
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability building
✅ What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree (with Bachelor’s) in a quantitative or analytical field such as:
- Business, Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Life Sciences, or Social Sciences
- OR 2–5 years of relevant post‑study professional experience in lieu of a PhD
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism
Nice‑to‑Have
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, digital, or marketing strategy
- Exposure to analytics‑driven or data‑informed decision‑making
- Client‑facing experience and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in mentoring, leadership, and continuous learning
