Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and delivering tailored presentations and product demos. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a robust pipeline, preparing proposals and quotes, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and closing new business with brands and partners. The role involves collaborating closely with operations, supply chain, and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will track activities and opportunities in a CRM system, analyze sales data, provide accurate forecasts, and contribute feedback to improve Vert’s products, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing new business.
- Experience conducting client discovery, delivering consultative sales presentations, and negotiating pricing and contract terms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics for tracking opportunities, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams.
- Understanding of packaging, manufacturing, supply chain, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company and adapting to evolving processes and customer needs.
