About Us
On a mission to help people look better and cook better since 2012. Tilit was born from a seasoned chef's need for more stylish and functional workwear. We started small — two aprons, a shirt, and a pair of pants — and have since grown into a full-blown kitchen fashion brand. We're redefining workwear for chefs, cooks, and the hospitality industry, from the kitchen to the street.
The Role
As our Account Executive, you'll own the wholesale relationship from first inquiry to repeat order. You'll convert inbound interest, win new restaurant and hotel accounts, and keep existing clients coming back. This is a quota-carrying role for someone who loves food, fashion, and the craft of building lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Respond quickly to inbound sales inquiries, educate clients on the product line, and hit customer-acquisition goals.
- Manage the operational side of wholesale and restaurant accounts — from sale through product delivery and payment.
- Follow up with current accounts to meet retention goals and build relationships post-purchase.
- Target and win new key restaurant and hotel clients.
- Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline in our CRM.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of omni-channel sales experience with a track record of hitting sales goals.
- A love of food and fashion (prior hospitality experience is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills, and the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 - 75,000 plus quarterly commission; eligible for performance bonus
