Oshaii Marketing is seeking a Client Services Representative with 2+ years of relationship management, client service or marketing experience within a energy broker environment and /or telecommunications atmosphere.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to client success while working in a collaborative and innovative setting.
Day to Day for a Client Services Representative:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing and new clients.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the firm’s services.
- Promote client retention and sales through participation in client meetings and discussions covering cost effective energy savings and telecommunications solutions
- Work closely with the business, the sales teams and Brokers portfolio managers to coordinate all support activities and cross selling efforts.
- Work closely with various divisions within the organization to assure proper client relations and client acquisitions are covered.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support throughout their engagement lifecycle
- Contribute to the development of customer service strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications for our Client Services Representatives:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic
- 2+ year’s experience working within a relationship management, client service or marketing experience capacity
- Work independently but must also be a team player
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask

Pay: $47,737.30 - $57,490.08 per year
