We are seeking a Financial Analyst for an established manufacturing company in the Greenville, SC. This is a full time, permanent position with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities, including journal entries and reporting packages
- Deliver financial reporting and variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast)
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial modeling, insights, and decision support
- Analyze cost drivers and operational data to improve margins, efficiency, and performance
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards, KPIs, and financial reports; assist with executive summaries and ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using a variety of software. ERP experience, a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (standard business hours)
