Role Description
Arbor is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative that will focus on outbound communication with the leads Arbor generates via their owned and operated marketing campaings. This role will nuture leads until an appointment can be scheduled for our interetsed customer to be lined up with one of our preferred installers. This role is vital in expanding Arbor’s product offering from quality leads to also include vetted leads that have already committed to an in-person or virtual consultation with an installer for their home project.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales managing lead pipelines with business to consumer communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to meet KPIs
- Preferred experience in the solar, roofing or other home service industries
