Role Description The Sales and Operations Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York, NY. The Sales & Operations Coordinator is responsible for entering, processing, and managing orders while ensuring accuracy throughout the campaign lifecycle. This role works closely with sales, operations, and client teams to support order fulfillment, track campaign details, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data integrity. The ideal candidate has experience in media or advertising sales and thrives in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.

- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional email and presentation etiquette.
- Customer service and client support experience, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and solution-oriented problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in media, advertising, or sports-related industries is beneficial; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
