We’re a fast-growing home improvement company expanding into new markets — and we’re building our canvassing teams from the ground up.
This is a founding Team Lead role for our Missouri market. You’ll start in the field generating leads just like our canvassers — and as you prove yourself, you’ll step into leadership by helping recruit, train, and build your own canvassing team. This is a real growth path into management for someone who wants to build something, not just clock in.
What You’ll Do (Phase 1 – In the Field)
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations.
- Attend local marketing events and represent ProXteriors in the community.
- Educate homeowners on ProXteriors’ windows, doors, siding, and gutter solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.
- Hit weekly and monthly performance goals and lead by example.
What You’ll Do (Phase 2 – Leadership Growth)
- Help recruit and onboard new canvassers as the market grows.
- Train new team members on door approach, conversations, and lead quality.
- Support daily field operations and help drive team performance.
- Work closely with leadership to build out the canvassing department in your market.
- Grow into a leadership role with override pay and performance bonuses tied to your team’s success.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and confidence talking to homeowners.
- Self-starter mindset — comfortable being the “first one on the ground.”
- Leadership potential (experience managing people is a plus, but not required).
- Motivated by growth, performance-based pay, and career advancement.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in neighborhoods.
- Has Experience Canvassing & setting appointments at a high level
