- Follow up on leads through phone, text, and email to move them through the sales funnel.
- Clearly explain the benefits of our window, roofing, and siding products.
- Use our CRM system to manage and track leads, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in inside sales or phone-based selling in home improvement industry
- Strong communication and persuasion skills — you’re confident, personable, and driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where results matter.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with solid follow-up habits.
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
