Role Overview
The Product Consulting Associate helps us scale Clean across our client base, with a
primary focus on implementation and onboarding. You will get new Clean clients live
quickly and consistently, keep configurations clean and well documented, and make
sure every account starts with a solid foundation.
You will work directly with clients and internal teams day to day. That means you need to
be comfortable explaining merge governance to a recruiter in plain language, then
switching gears to fine-tune duplicate scoring rules in the platform. You will work closely
with our UK-based Manager, Product Consulting, with enough overlap in working hours
to collaborate properly.
