JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will center on inbound/outbound samples, packaging, sourcing, artwork control, vendor relations, and cross-functional synergy. This position requires supporting and partnering closely with Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory and Creative teams. As an integral member to the team, you must be diligent, highly organized with a hands-on approach, strong communication skills and a bias toward action. You will perform material evaluations and help us with continuous improvements in process, efficiency and quality. The position supports Product Development and Operations in evaluating products and supplier partners to ensure high-quality standards. This is a unique opportunity to support new product launches across two fast-growing skincare brands, gain hands-on exposure to the full New Product Development lifecycle, and work directly with cross-functional leaders—ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in beauty product development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the stakeholders' liaison and ensure timely communications occur
- Collect, build and assist the product specification library
- Ensure all packaging is routed and approved by stakeholders
- Partner with the Product Development (PD) to source packaging components and obtain accurate cost and timeline estimates from suppliers.
- Assist the complete lifecycle from initial concept and ideation, through final ordering, including sourcing product samples, coordinating with vendors
- Meticulously tracking sample statuses, lead times
- Serve as a central point of contact between Creative, Marketing, Operations, Product Development, and external vendors—providing clear, timely status updates so each project moves smoothly from concept to completion.
- Maintain shared trackers and dashboards (e.g., sample logs, packaging approval status, vendor lead times) so teams have real-time visibility into project status
- Maintain organized storage and logging of product submissions
- Assist in collecting sample requests for sales and marketing team and ensuring timely distribution
- Assist PD (Product Development) with reviewing product color and ensuring color align with the Brand’s creative vision
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years within the beauty or CPG industry; exposure to New Product Development (NPD) or stage-gate workflows is a plus
- A “one team, one dream” mindset—high degree of collaboration and hands-on when it counts across levels and functions.
- Ability to balance competing interests and ensure all objectives across multiple projects are met in a timely manner

COMPENSATION
The expected salary range for this position is $45,000–$55,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
