Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will manage client accounts by building strong relationships, understanding clients’ business needs, and providing exceptional support. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, maintaining regular communication, analyzing performance data, and presenting insights and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and results. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing strategies and client success initiatives.

- Proficiency in Account Management, Problem-Solving, and Communication skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and create actionable reports
- Experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other related software platforms
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
