About the Role
Are you a "people person" with a passion for arabian & high-end fragrances? We are a fast-growing fragrance distributor looking for a dedicated Live Stream Sales Associate to join our team.
This isn't just a "one-off" gig; we are looking for a consistent team member to become one of the face of our brand on Tiktok/Whatnot. You will be responsible for hosting live auction events, managing the "vibe" of the room, and ensuring our customers have a premium shopping experience from the comfort of their phones.
Key Responsibilities
- Host Live Events: Run 4–7 hour live streams, maintaining high energy and professional "Young Boss" charisma throughout.
- Inventory Management: Work alongside our team to organize "runs" of fragrances, ensuring every bottle is accurately listed and tracked (using our numbering system).
- Audience Engagement: Build a loyal community of "frag-heads" by answering questions about scent notes, longevity, and rare finds in real-time.
- Sales Conversion: Drive auctions and direct sales by effectively communicating the value and rarity of our products.
- Studio Maintenance: Ensure the live-stream set and product displays meet our high-end aesthetic standards before going live.
Qualifications
- Fragrance Knowledge: You should be able to confidently discuss scent profiles (Oud, Citrus, Floral, etc.) and know the current market trends.
- On-Camera Confidence: You must be comfortable being on camera for extended periods and have a natural ability to keep a conversation moving.
- Reliability: As a employee, you are a core part of our operations. We need someone punctual and committed to our scheduled "Mega Live" events.
- Multitasking Skills: You can read a fast-moving chat while simultaneously showing a product and keeping track of sold items.
- Professionalism: You represent our brand. A "Smart-Casual" aesthetic and a positive, "boss" mentality are required.
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
