Charles Ross & Son Company in
Hauppauge, New York, a leader in industrial mixing and blending equipment, is seeking a
Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will support our marketing and communications efforts across print, digital, and social media channels.
This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Monitor print publications to ensure correct ad placements.
- Track invoices, billing, and insertion orders for advertising.
- Research and draft press releases, case studies, and marketing content.
- Create and schedule posts for social media platforms.
- Assist with design projects:
Print Ads, Spec Sheets, Brochures – Photoshop, InDesign, Canva
Video Editing and Production - Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, Camera and Lighting Equipment.
- Support the marketing team with general administrative and project coordination tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
