Marketing & Personal Assistant
South Lake Tahoe / Stateline, NV Full-Time In-Person Bonus Pay Eligible

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Personal Assistant for a top-producing Nevada and California real estate broker in the South Lake Tahoe/Stateline area.
Marketing Duties & Responsibilities
Create and manage all marketing materials and campaigns, including:
- Create marketing material, write content, manage/update distribution lists, and develop fresh campaign ideas
- Produce ongoing marketing campaigns: email marketing, social media, YouTube videos, digital ads, print ads, direct mail, property brochures, postcards, and special projects
- Design, production, and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads, and direct mail campaigns
- Design, production, and maintenance of all ads, content, posts, videos, newsletters, and SEO on social media and digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Rezora, Adwerx, and others as defined
- Design and production of transaction-related items: inventory lists, property spec sheets, and boundary line maps
CRM & Database Management
- Daily monitoring of lead and contact activity within the CRM
- Managing and applying automated follow-up and drip campaigns to individual leads
- Keeping contacts and transactions in CRM up to date: status changes, agent assignments, task creation, organizing, showing feedback, lead group management, and more
- CRM custom website maintenance
- Lead updates
- Other tasks in support of the team through the CRM
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage a series of varied processes from paperwork, marketing designs, and electronic office systems
- Perform general admin support tasks, including correspondence, spreadsheets, scanning, and managing digital filing systems for internal use and client sharing
- Plan and manage events, including set-up and tear down, opening homes for potential showings, scheduling photography, and inspections
- Conduct miscellaneous errands, such as copying blueprints, making key copies, and providing property access — a reliable vehicle is a must for winter months
Requirements
- Marketing and graphic design experience is required — if you have a portfolio, please include it with your resume
- Proficient in Google Business Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with Marq, Monday.com, MLS data entry, and SkySlope is a bonus
- Proficient in Adobe Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be flexible, confident, energetic, and a self-motivator
- Hardworking, committed, self-motivated, and able to work independently and efficiently
- Able to relate to all types of personalities, including strong ones
- Must have a reliable car
- Real estate experience is a bonus
Pay & Work Hours
- Commensurate with experience
- Bonus pay eligible
- Monday through Friday; Saturdays and Sundays when events are being sponsored
Job Details
- Full-time; days and hours must be flexible, and some weekends or late evenings will be needed
- This position is in a dynamic real estate office that requires reliable transportation
- A private office will be provided
- Professional dress attire required
