We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our daily social media activity.
In this role, you will be responsible for publishing daily posts, writing or improving captions, responding to comments under posts, keeping our pages active, and suggesting new content ideas. Most of the content, visuals, product information, and brand direction will be provided by our team. Your job will be to organize the content, post it properly, make sure it matches our brand style, and help us maintain a professional and consistent social media presence.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing social media pages for a business, brand, store, or client. You should be comfortable using platforms like Facebook , Instagram, and TikTok, and you should understand how to create engaging posts, write clear captions, and communicate with followers in a professional way.
Main Responsibilities Include
Posting daily content based on the schedule and materials provided by the company.
Writing clean, natural, and engaging captions for posts.
Responding to comments under posts in a polite, professional, and helpful way.
Monitoring comments and reporting customer questions or issues to the team when needed.
Suggesting new post ideas, content angles, and engagement ideas.
Helping organize a simple content calendar.
Making sure all posts match the company’s tone, style, and brand message.
Keeping the social media pages active, organized, and professional.
We are looking for someone who is consistent, responsible, creative, and able to follow instructions carefully. You do not need to create all content from scratch, but you should be able to take the content we provide and turn it into strong social media posts.
Basic design or video editing skills are a plus, but not required. Experience with Meta Business Suite is preferred.
This is a remote position. Daily availability is required because posts and comments must be managed consistently. We are looking for someone who can work with us long term and become a dependable part of our team.
