Role Description
We're hiring an E-commerce & Marketing Assistant to own the day-to-day back-end operations of our Shopify store while supporting our marketing, creative, and styling efforts. This is a hands-on, in-office role for someone who is detail-obsessed, organized, and equally comfortable updating product data, jumping into a campaign, and stepping onto a photoshoot set. The majority of your time will be spent on Shopify and e-commerce operations, with the balance supporting marketing and creative initiatives. The position is "Full Time In House."
What You'll Do
· descriptions, pricing, collections, tags, and inventory; build and update pages; process back-end merchandising changes; troubleshoot store issues; and help keep the online catalog accurate and on-brand.
· Marketing support: assist the marketing team with email campaigns, promotions, product launches, scheduling, and reporting on store and campaign performance.
· Shopify & E-commerce (primary focus): manage product uploads, listings, Graphic design: handle minor design tasks such as web graphics, banners, social assets, and simple edits using existing brand templates.
· Photoshoot styling: assist with on-set styling, product prep, sample organization, and image selection.
· Cross-functional support: collaborate across the team on day-to-day projects that keep the brand moving.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, fashion, retail, or a related field.
- Hands-on Shopify experience, with comfort managing products, collections, and back-end store operations.
- Knowledge in Image Editing, Photography, and Graphic Design.
- Working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for light graphic work.
- Ability to create and refine Graphics for promotional materials and digital platforms with experience working with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and support marketing efforts.
- Attention to detail and creativity in developing engaging visual and written content.
- A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
