Must Have:
Bachelor's degree
Strong sales experience, particularly cold-calling
Estimating experience is highly preferred
Mechanical aptitude
Stable work history
Ability to learn quickly about paints and coatings
Comfortable in dirty industrial environments
Good to have:
Experience managing long-term customer relationships
Familiarity with Excel, Word, and CRM software (Maximizer)
Experience in the chemicals or industrial sectors
Nice to have:
Experience in estimating for industrial projects
Comfort with fieldwork and meeting with maintenance and facility managers
Interest in working in a stable and fun team environment
