ABOUT LUPFR ENTERTAINMENT
LUPFR Entertainment redefines music experience by blending non-traditional venues with specially curated artists to create one-of-a-kind events. Founded in 2025, LUPFR has bridged the gap between the underground music scene and high-quality, accessible events. Currently, the company produces unique events in both Los Angeles and San Francisco, including yacht parties, boiler room-style nights, warehouse events, and more.
THE ROLE
LUPFR is seeking a Marketing & Growth Intern to help own and evolve the LUPFR brand across all public-facing channels. This role spans both the front end - content, community, and creative - and the back end - strategy, PR support, and B2B communications. You'll work closely with the founder to ensure everything going out reflects the brand and drives real growth.
This role is flexible with remote work but we encourage regular time at our Old Town Pasadena office, and you'll be expected at on-site at events to support content capture and coverage. Our events span the greater Los Angeles area.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Front End (Consumer-Facing)
- Manage day-to-day content and community engagement on Instagram and TikTok
- Coordinate with our videographer to ensure content is on-brand and on schedule
- Assist with caption writing, posting cadence, and platform-native content formats
- Be present at events to support content capture and real-time coverage
- Identify trends, formats, and cultural moments to inform organic growth
Back End (Strategy & Communications)
- Manage LUPFR's LinkedIn presence and B2B-facing communications
- Run and grow our email and SMS marketing lists using Klaviyo - including event announcements, campaigns, and audience segmentation
- Assist with PR efforts: press outreach, media lists, and event coverage tracking
- Contribute to broader growth strategies for the business alongside the founder
- Track performance analytics across platforms and report on what's working
WHO YOU ARE
- Based in Los Angeles with flexibility to come into our Old Town Pasadena office and attend events
- Fluent in Instagram and TikTok — you understand what performs, why it performs, and how to build on it
- Detail-oriented and brand-conscious — you notice when something is off and you fix it
- Comfortable writing for both consumer and professional audiences
- Experience with or willingness to learn Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing
- Strong interest in growth strategy — you think beyond the post and care about the bigger picture
- A passion for music, culture, and creative industries is a plus
