What You’ll Do
- Own digital merchandising across collections and homepage based on performance, seasonal priorities, and inventory position
- Curate product visibility, filters, and digital presentation to to optimize both aesthetic cohesion and conversion performance
- Lead ongoing PDP (product detail page) optimization such as SEO, metafields, tags, imagery, etc. with an understanding of how content influences customer decision-making
- Build and continuously refine landing pages tied to marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment between traffic source and on-site/platform experience
- Translate performance data (from Tableau and Shopify reports) into actionable adjustments and new initiatives
- Align site merchandising with paid, email, and organic marketing initiatives to ensure a cohesive customer journey
- Support content planning and photoshoots to ensure digital assets meet performance and brand standards
- Execute basic image adjustments (crop, color consistency, resizing) to maintain visual quality across the platform
Qualifications
- 2-5 years Shopify/DTC e-commerce experience (in lifestyle or apparel)
- Strong understanding of digital merchandising within a retail environment
- Hands-on Shopify backend proficiency; (bonus: paid advertising and email)
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and how traffic converts on-site
- Ability to analyze attribution data and make revenue-driven recommendations
- Creative eye for visual presentation and brand consistency
- Familiarity with Adobe/creative tools for asset preparation
