Digital Marketing Coordinator at Bludorn Hospitality Group, in Houston, Texas
Bludorn Hospitality Group is seeking a creative, organized, and hospitality-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to help tell the story of our growing family of restaurants. This role will oversee social media strategy and execution across multiple brands, including Bludorn, Navy Blue, Bar Bludorn, Bar Bludorn Woodlands, and our upcoming San Antonio concept.
The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, content creator, and project manager— someone who can capture the energy of our restaurants, build meaningful engagement with our guests, and collaborate across culinary, beverage, and operations teams to bring our brands to life online. Responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and publishing content, developing monthly content calendars, designing marketing assets, coordinating photoshoots, updating digital platforms, supporting restaurant programming and events, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across social, Google Business Profiles, and website channels.

Digital Marketing Coordinator – Role & Responsibilities
Manage Instagram accounts for Bludorn, Navy Blue, Bar Bludorn, Bar Bludorn Woodlands, Bludorn’s San Antonio - achieving follower growth and maintaining follower + guest engagement.
Liaison across departments—savory, pastry, bar, and wine—to promote content focused on food & drink, company events, philanthropic initiatives and employee culture, supported by email distributions.
Execute copywriting and photo selection in a cohesive monthy calendar, laddering up to 3-4 static posts weekly (previously 4-5) aligned in alignment with cover count growth opportunity and areas of focus for the week to-date (Adjusted posting cadence starting the week of 3/24 to prioritize Google optimization over social media volume).
Execute daily stories.
Maintain weekend visibility across all restaurants.
Capture photos, both camera and iPhone, as needed between professional shoots, as needed
Create reels, as needed.
Adapt plans in real time to accommodate reactive content, promotions, and specials to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
Repost UGC.
Respond to guests via DM.
Highlight company milestones/recaps in a meaningful, engaging way (Thanksgiving reel, Blu Bayou Dinner recaps, restaurant anniversaries, etc.).
Design social media assets, including reservation CTAs, press highlights, menus for restaurant programming (ex: HH or event/programming focused).
Support ongoing partnership with Rice Village District on behalf of Navy Blue, updating notes and leading monthly marketing meetings.
Event creation on websites alongside GM who will handle Open Table.
Mirror all social content via manual input on Google.
Facilitate oversee quarterly photoshoots, including drafting all shot lists.
Menu site updates.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
